Small Ones and Big Ones
It is very typical, especially in our target group of disadvantaged children and youth that everyone only wants to win and they do not pay attention to younger players. Victory has such a high value in our target group as they do not have much success in other fields of life. This ‘wanting to win so much’ often results in aggression, harassment, verbal or physical violence during playing football.
